The studio is on the 2nd floor, in between Union Square and 5th Avenue. The studio is an inconspicuous door on the north side of 17th street closer to 5th Ave. Right next to the bathing suit store called 'Everything but Water.' It is a second floor walk up. What you need:

• Wear workout clothes

• Bring your water bottle

• Boxing gloves: I recommend are roughly 10-14 oz for women, and for men 14-16oz, and with velcro strap lace as opposed to tie-on for convenience. Pretty standard, basic pair. I can always double-check your link if you purchase online. If you don't have gloves, it is ok to use our spare pairs until you have your own. You can optionally bring underwraps or hand wraps for extra protection, but you can try your first class and see if you think you want them.
